How To Flashing k touch a10
hi, i am alex. heres a new video. they are different versions of this model with many cpus. in this video i used a pavilion 17-f022ng there are versions mit i3 cpu, with i5, with amd......with 15 inch and 17 inch displays. its possible that some of the models are little bit different, but very similar to this type. i will show you how to upgrade this laptop with a ssd /new harddisc or more memory /ram. if this video is many years old, its also possible that you want to know how to change a damaged harddisc :) or replace the bios battery. be very careful. if you wanna get sure, please ask hp if the warranty will void, if you open that laptop. remove all the screws at the bottom that you can see. i am already removed that screws, because we dont want to wait ;)
this screw is for the optical disc drive. now remove the both rubber-feet. im already removed one of them. ups, always remove the battery :) now remove the silver screws you can see if you remove the rubber-feets very important. this model uses 3 different typs of screw. one with i think 4mm and one with 6mm and the silver screws. remove also this screws, you can see this if you remove the battery also remove this screws use a flat screw driver or something like that to remove the cover theres no maintenance flap ...so we have fun :) lets do it :)
remove this flat screws remove also this screw on both sides so check if you removed all this screws..! so now be very careful. now we remove the top cover. you can also try to use a creditcard or something....for a easy remove....we grab into the empty dvd shaft. oh here its a good place to raise..... also remove this screw, maybe its covered with a silver sticker.... dont tear off! be carefully!!! remove the flat cables you can open the flaps and remove the cables...i will show you that later...
and heres another cables...thats for the power on/off switch very interesting...if you wanna replace the keyboard....maybe its not possible...because the keyboard is fixed/riveted on the top cover so its better to replace the complete top cover if the keyboard is damaged....i dont have the hp part number here...you can find it in the internet. oh the brilliant zoom function;)...if you only want to replace the harddisc youre nearly at the finish :) remove this flat cable. here is the harddisc! hp use only this rubber holder on each side. then plug in back the cable. now you want to know how replace / upgrade the ram :) no problem, you have to remove the complete motherboard!
now its important...the motherboard screws are shorter (4mm) so i put this screws on this side. now we have to remove all the flat cables. thats the subwoofer cable. heres another 2 screws :) uhhhh its sooo funny ^^ i am not perfect, i try my best (also with the subtitles and my bad english ;) .... the cable at this side already fixed....you can remove if you wanna replace the complete board heres a 4gb modul with 1.35v ddr3l pc312800s! its very important that you use a memory with 1.35v. on the slot is a letter with 1.5v, i am not sure if you can use both types of ram...better u use only 1.35v here i use a crucial 8gb ddr3l1.35v 12800s
the maximum for this model is 16gb(2x8gb) here is the bios battery...a normal cr2032 now all this back, check if the the wireless module is fixed in his slot and the antenna cables. always check the cables! its possible that some of the cables are fallen dont forget the left speaker/ subwoofer cable. now i show you how to open the flap. all the screws back.... and always check the cables and if you forget something..... on this motherboard the cpu(processor) is fixed on this board. you cant change that :)
since 2014 more and more laptops have fixed the cpu on the motherboard..... i check if i fixed all the screws and cables.... better you look 2 times...... also check the antenna cable for wireless. check if the module are 100% fixed and the antenna cable 100%fixed. and now screw together...... put back the little silver sticker here the 6mm screws.... so thats it...i abort at this time....
if you have any questions, ask me...sorry for a little bit late answers. if you dont be sure...go to a store or a expert. a ssd is the best choice for that model :) see ya!alex
