hello friends, welcome to alphapoint. thisis vishal. we are gonna root our samsung galxay note 3 and install latest custom recoveryin our device. we need few files to perform this. links hasbeen provided in the description below and also in the lower portion of this video.the first file we need is the auto root for note 3, go to this page and download the autorootfile for your specific model number. i'm downloading this version because i havethe exynos version of note 3. if you have different model number of yournote 3 then download according to it. we also need recovery which we will installafter rooting our device. you can install any recovery such as twrp, philz, cwm.i'm installing the cmw in it. you can also

download for your model numner from this link.click to download. i have already downloaded the files and placedit in my desktop. you need to extract the autoroot file then open it. open odin using"run as administrator". we need to enable the usb debudding in developeroption. to do this go to the settings, in my phone developer mode is already activated.if it is not activated in your device then open about device. then click eight timeson the build number. after that enable the usb debugging from here.then switch off the phone. now we need to start our phone in downloadmode to do this we need to press the volume down, power and the home button at the sametime.

then click on the volume up button. then connectthe device using the usb cable. after connecting we will be able to see thelight blue indicator. this means the phone has been detected by the odin. then click on pda then locate and select theauto root file for note 3. check the settings and click on start button.it will look tike this after this process. at the meantime the phone will look somethinglike this. then the phone will restart itself. now in the apps drawer you will be able tosee the super su icon, this means this phone has been sucessfully rooted. now to install the cwm recovery we need torepeat the process again. first open the odin

using "run as administrator".now we need to put the phone in download mode so just press volume down, power and homebuitton simultaneously. press the volume up button. then again connectthe device using the usb cable. now in pc we will be able to see the blueindicator. then select on pda then locate and open or double click on the recovery tarfile. check the setting and click on start. it willstart installing the recovery recovery has been successfully installed now.the phone will restart itself. to check whether recovery has been installedor not, turn off your phone. now start the phone using volume up, powerand home button at the same time.
